Working with Reports page

On reports page you may 
- request reports (pdf or xlsx)
- send logs reports to any email address
- send DOT report to FMCSA server

1. FMCSA report

This report does not generate any report to you, but sends a special ELD output file in ecnrypted for to FMCSA servers, from where it will be after retrieved by the DOT inspector.
- in date picker - choose the dates (in company timezone) for which the report is needed
- choose the driver
- choose the method (email or web service) via which the report will be sent.
NOTE!!! The email is unique and saved in the system - you do not need to insert it here
- put a note that was provided by the DOT inspector

2. Logs report sending

This block allows you to send logs report to any email, in pdf or xlsx. Be sure to choose file format and insert email address. If the recipient doesn;t see it in the inbox - please ask him to check Spam and other folders.

3. Logs report
Here you may request and download Logs report in PDF or XLSX format

4. DVIR report

Here you may request DVIR report by a vehicle (you can't request this report by driver)

5. IFTA Report
Here you may request report for IFTA. make sure to choose the state (or all states). The coordinates for the IFTA report are sent every 10 minutes from the Mobile app

 6. Idling report

Here you may request "Idling over 2 minutes" report - time when the vehicle engine was on, but the vehicle was not moving

7. Vehicle trip and Vehicle movement reports
Here you may request:
Vehicle trip report - shows you periods when the vehicle was moving
Vehicle movement report - Indicates the starting location and the ending locations of the vehicle for the given period. Also includes the odometer and engine hours readings
