Users types. Working with users - Drivers and Fleet managers.

User types

Web App users:

1. Account admin is created together with reseller account creation. This is a top rights level for the Web App and the only user that can create and fully edit a company.

2. Company owner is created by the account admin when a company is being created. Company owner has all rights except for viewing, creating and editing companies.

3. Fleet manager is an operational role. Fleet manager can not create other fleets, however can create drivers.

Mobile app users:

Driver. Only user with Driver has access to mobile app functionality. A driver can be created by any Web App user.

1. Users overview page

On this page you have overview of Drivers and Fleet managers of the company. Only Account admin and Company owner has access to this page

On companies overview page you may:
- search for a user
- add a fleet manager or driver
- edit a selected user
- delete a selected user
- see details of the user

2. Create/ Edit fleet manager

Only Account admin and Company owner can create or edit fleet manager:
- You may create a username for the fleet, but can not change it
- Yet you can change the password

3. Drivers overview page

On this page you have overview of drivers of the company. All types of Web App users have access to this page

On drivers overview page you may:
- search for a driver
- add a driver
- edit a selected driver
- deactivate a selected driver. Deactivating is described in this article Deactivating drivers
- see details of the driver, including the date the driver was activated or deactivated last time

4. Create/Edit Driver

You may create or edit driver

- You may create a username for the driver , but can not change it

- Yet you can change the password
