Working with Companies

After a Reseller account has been created in Super admin, a Reseller can login to Web App Portal using the "Web App Credentials" https://app.mgkeld.com/#/login

Once logged in, a Reseller (Account admin) can set up his company following these steps. 

  1. Create a company. Please note that unless at least 1 company is created  Users, Vehicles, Drivers, ELDs tabs in teh navigation panel will be disabled.
  2. Create vehicle(s) and driver(s)
  3. Create Fleet manager and ELD if needed

When vehicles and drivers are created, the drivers can login to the mobile app, connect to ELDs and start driving. Once a driver change the status for the 1st time, he will appear in the operational part of the Navigation panel (Dashboard, Logs, Trackings, etc)

Companies tab and pages are only visible only to Account admin users, and not for Company owners or Fleet managers

1. Companies overview page

On companies overview page you may:
- download the companies list of the company in "xlsx" format
- add a company
- edit a selected company
- delete a selected company
- see details of the company 

2. Create/Edit Company

You may choose to create a new company or edit the existing one.

- Please pay close attention to choose the correct Timezone for the company. This is the timezone that all logs and date-time related information in the Web App will be displayed
- You may create login and username for the Company owner here. Note, that you can change password, but can not change the username. You may also copy both with a button to quickly provide them to the company owner.
- You may assign or change the subscription plan to the company (Not functional at this moment)
- You may choose whether to allow the company ability for editing logs from the mobile app or Web App

3. Viewing and editing company information by Company owner

As said before, only Account admin can view Companies tab, Create and Edit companies. However the Company owner can also view his company information and update some of it.
There is a Company profile option in the top-right corner menu

Note that company owner can not change 
- Company name
- Company timezone
- Subscription plan
- driver and web app edit allowance
If the company owner wants to change this information - he needs to contact the Account admin.
