Working with Vehicles and ELDs

Vehicles

1. Vehicles overview page

On vehicles overview page you may:
- download the vehicle list of the company in "xlsx" format
- add a vehicle
- edit a selected vehicle
- delete a selected vehicle
- see details of the company vehicles

2. Create vehicle/Edit vehicle page
You may choose to create a new or edit existing vehicle. 
Please pay close attention to the accuracy of the VIN value, as incorrect VIN will result in error when you or DOT inspector will be requesting DOT report

Odometer offset

You may also set the odometer offset value here. Please note that there should be some value for technical reasons. If there is no odometer offset - please set this value to 0.

The start and end date for the odometer offset are the dates for which you want the offset to be applied for. If you leave them blank, the odometer offset value will be applied to all dates.

IMPORTANT!!! Note that odometer offest is applied to logs odometer values only in Logs report (PDF or XLSX) and in ELD Output file (DOT Report). You will not see the odometer offset value applied in Log details page of the Web App.

ELD

1. ELD overview page

On ELD overview page you may:
- download the ELD list of the company in "xlsx" format
- add a ELD
- edit a selected ELD
- delete a selected ELD
- see details of the company ELDs

2. Create/Edit ELD page

You may choose to create or edit existing ELD
- Please pay attention to choosing the correct ELD type
- You may choose to assign a vehicle to ELD

IMPORTANT!!! Note that the ELD information at this moment is only for informative purposes, hence none of the information in ELD (ELD type, vehicle assigned) is shown in logs or reports
