Profile forms and DVIRs

Forms

On forms page you will see an overview of your profile forms for the last 14 days with its status - Certified (signed) or Not certified (not signed). 

To view, edit or sign the profile form - click on the arrow. On a new screen fill in teh fields and click on submit - if you want to only save the inserted information. Or sign in the signature window and then click on submit - if you want to sign the form.

Please note that the profile forms are pregenerated (you don't need to create a profile form) and the data in the form is copied form the previous day, so you need to update it if it needs to be changed

DVIR

On the DVIR screen you will see the overview of your DVIR reports.

To edit an existing report - click on it. You will be redirected to the report page, where you can edit it and save you changes.

To create a report - click on "+" button, fill the report and save it
