Main screen

To change your work status you need to click on the button with the Corresponding status. Your active status is always highlighted in black (in light mode)

To change to On Duty status you also will have to choose or write a note

There is automatic switch from any status (except for Personal and Yard move) to Driving if vehicle is moving with over 5mph speed. Once Driving is activated - the Status buttons and menu will be disabled till the vehicle stops.

There is automatic switch from Driving status to On Duty when vehicle's speed is less than 5mph for over 5 minutes

The main timer (above the statuses) indicates how much time is left for you to spend on a certain statuses, for instance how long you can drive, or how long you have to stay Off Duty or Sleeper to be able to work again. The only status that is not counted anyhow and always shows 00:00 is Personal use.

The timers below the statuses show how much time is left from you Cycle, Shift, 11h Drive and before you have to take 30 mins break

  1. Cycle - shows how much time is left from you Cycle. Value "00:00" means you have to take a 34 hour-long rest.
  2. Shift - shows how much time is left from you Shift. Value "00:00" means you have to take a 10 hour-long rest.
  3. Drive - shows how much time you can drive from the 11h Drive rule.
  4. Break - shows how long you can drive before you have to take a 30 minutes break

Logs screen

On Logs overview screen you will see a list of the last 9 days. To view the logs for the specific day - please click on the arrow. 

On Logs screen you will see the chart for the chosen day and the list of logs with:
- status
- log start date and time
- log duration
- log start location

Reports screen

On reports screen you can request 3 types of reports.

1. "Inspect logs" - generates a pdf report for the past 9 days with charts and log details

2. FMCSA log report - sends a specific file with your log details directly to FMCSA service, where it is retrieved by the DOT inspector

3. "Email logs" - sends a pdf report for the past 9 days to the email address you specify
