How to work with Logs

NOTE!!! Logs editing is explained in a separate article here

1. Company drivers logs overview. 
On this page you can view company's all drivers logs overview for the selected date
- You can serach for a log by driver name or vehicle
- You can choose a date and navigate by dates
- Click on "Details" button will take you to the selected driver's log details page
- You can see the driver's connection status - connected (green clip), disconnected (red clip), offline, hence no internet connection (red arrows)
- You can also see the app version of the mobile app that the driver is currently using
- You may download driver's log reports in pdf
- You may view driver's last log status, location, as well as unit#, number of violations, warnings and if the profile form is signed


2. Driver logs page 

This page shows overview of driver's logs related information and the logs itself.

Information
- You can see driver's name, current status, mobile app version, whether driver's smartphone is Android or iOS, ELD type and connection status (connected, disconnected, offline)
- You can navigate by dates with a date picker or arrows
- You can check driver's duty timers - how much time is left of Cycle, Shift, 11h Drive and how much time left till Driver has to take 30 min break
- You can see how much time driver was on each status
- You will be notified if a driver's vehicle has a odometer offset, if driver has a DOT inspection (based on note or FMCSA report request) in the next 8 days or if a driver is currently in states with cameras
- You can download logs report in pdf
- You can also check what violations driver had in the last 15 days
Also you can check driver's profile form, edit it or sign it for the driver.

Driver logs

You can see the chart of the driver's logs with driver's totals per day and system events (login/logout, engine power up/ engine shut down, certification).
